Please note that Compounding Pharmacies are taking 

up to 10-15 days to refill/ship prescriptions. 

They are not accepting rush orders. 

Please keep this timeframe in mind when you are requesting your next refill.

It is best to request your next refill at least three weeks before you run out of your current prescription. 

If you have not filled out the Practice Policies and Consent Form in 2025, 

please do so before your next appointment

The Consent Form must be signed every year.
